1. Cancellations
· Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us promptly with your order number.
· After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See “Non-Returnable Items” below for further details.
2. NonReturnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our crystal candy, as well as food safety regulations, all edible products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except in the circumstances outlined in Section 3. Additionally, we do not accept returns on:
· Custom or personalized items
· Products purchased on sale or at a discount
· Gift cards or store credits
· Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occur. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
· You receive a product that is damaged or defective
· You receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order
To initiate a claim, you must:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item (including packaging).
Upon verifying your claim, we will:
· Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
· Issue a refund to your original payment method
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

In rare cases where we may request the return of a product:
· The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
· You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of our approval.
· You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

· Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
· Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.

We aim to resolve any issues directly with you. Before initiating a chargeback or filing a dispute with your payment provider, please contact us. We value your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns promptly.
