What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods supported by our payment processor. All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or the equivalent currency available at checkout.
Do you use natural colours and flavours?
We use a combination of natural extracts and high-quality, food-grade colorants. Our candies are free from gelatin, artificial preservatives, and animal-derived ingredients. Specific ingredients for each collection are listed on individual product pages.
Do your candies make a sound when bitten?
Yes! One of the signature features of our crystals is their glass-like crunch. You'll hear a satisfying crack when you bite or tap them—many of our customers enjoy recording the sound for social media.
Are children able to enjoy the crystals?
Yes, our products can be enjoyed by children, but please note that the crystals have a hard outer shell that cracks with a satisfying crunch. We recommend supervising young children and exercise caution with toddlers.
Is there a physical LLYN store or showroom?
LLYN operates primarily online and does not have a walk-in retail store. However, we occasionally appear at pop-up events and collaborative experiences. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to learn about our upcoming pop-ups.
How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment's progress through our carrier's tracking system. If your tracking link doesn't update for a few days, rest assured—international tracking can lag slightly as parcels pass through customs.
How do I place an order?

Can I customise my order or create a custom collection?
Absolutely. We create bespoke crystal candies for hotels, restaurants, corporate gifting, weddings, and special events. Please visit our Custom Orders section or contact us via the appropriate inquiry form for collaboration and bespoke creations. Lead times and minimum order quantities will apply.
Do you offer sameday or nextday delivery in Dubai?
Yes. For Dubai addresses, we offer express delivery options at checkout, subject to availability. Cut-off times for same-day or next-day delivery are listed in the shipping details.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–2 business days. GCC region deliveries may take 2–5 business days, and international shipping can vary by destination. Estimated delivery times will appear at checkout; please note they are approximate and do not include customs delays.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Dubai, with a focus on the GCC region. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or taxes may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
How should I store the crystal candy and how long do they last?
Store the crystals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. When kept sealed and at room temperature, they typically have a shelf life of 4–6 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within a week for best texture.
Are LLYN products vegan, halal and glutenfree?
Yes. Our crystals are free from animal-derived ingredients, gelatin, dairy, and gluten. We do not use alcohol in our recipes, making them suitable for a halal diet. Individual flavours may contain nuts or other allergens; please check product descriptions for details.
What exactly is LLYN Crystal Candy?
LLYN creates handcrafted crystal confections that are entirely edible and 100% vegan. Each crystal is poured, coloured, and cut by hand, resulting in a unique crunchy shell and a soft interior. Think of them as edible jewels rather than traditional candy.
